Childcare at UZH

Facilities that help balancing work and family are important to recruit highly motivated researchers and to achieve gender balance across all academic ranks. If you are employed or enrolled at UZH, you are eligible to use the services of KIHZ (“Kinderbetreuung im Hochschulraum Zürich”), a UZH/ETH-funded organization that supports you in finding an optimal solution for childcare.

KIHZ offers various services for children and their parents, such as daycare or vacation programs, at a reduced price for UZH members. Comprehensive information in German and English can be found under:
