01.07.2024Maya Eden, new member of the professorial staff

We would like to warmly welcome Maya Eden to the Department as a new Professor in Economics. Eden's research primary focus on  welfare economics and macroeconomics.

Prior to joining our Department she was an associate professor of economics at Brandeis University and she has worked as an economist in the Macroeconomics and Growth Team of the Development Economics Research Group at the World Bank.

She is also an affiliate of the Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and the Global Priorities Institute. She is the co-organizer of the virtual seminar series Normative Economics and Economic Policy, and an Associate Editor of the Review of Economic Dynamics.
