Professional counseling can help you overcome difficult phases and manage stress during your studies or when writing your PhD thesis. At the Psychological Counseling Services, students receive rapid support. The advisory center is open to all students and PhD candidates at the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich. The sessions are free of charge, confidential and can be held in different languages.

Nightline is an independent helpline run by students for students that offers confidential and anonymous late-night listening and information services over the phone or via chat function. If required, they can refer you to a specialist.

Mindful[L] is a student association that aims to promote dialogue on the topic of mental health and wellbeing. Mindful[L] combines existing services with new ideas, committed people, affected people and their loved ones. An action week featuring lectures, discussions and workshops on the subject of mental health is carried out once a year.
