Anatomical Collection

Three-Dimensional Models of the Human Body

The Anatomical Collection comprises 450 human specimens and models. The most important anatomical structures are marked on the specimens and explained by accompanying charts or photographic atlases. The collection also includes complete serial sections of various human organs and body parts, which are embedded in transparent synthetic resin.

For Students and Other Interested Parties

The Anatomical Collection is primarily aimed at students in the fields of medicine, anatomy and other related disciplines. The workstations in the collection are therefore reserved exclusively for students. Other interested visitors are welcome, but are kindly requested to respect the rules and quiet atmosphere of a learning space. Please refer to the information sheet on visiting the Anatomical Collection. We ask for your understanding that taking pictures in the collection and/or of the specimens is prohibited.
