François Chapuis (born 1966) held the position of cantonal master builder (Kantonsbaumeister) and headed up the real estate department of the Canton of Aargau. He previously led the real estate and operations section at the Paul Scherrer Institute in Villigen. His proven track record includes many years of management experience in the construction and real estate sector as well as degrees in building engineering and information systems and a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management.
